At my internship, I met Katherine Tabares. I would consider her as a role model, because she is the youngest employee on the team as a graphic designer. Katherine is very kind and super informative, which is good for clarity. When Professor Vargas is out of office or in a meeting, I usually report to Katherine for small projects that I can work on. She provides me with simple tasks, because she does not want me to overwork myself but to enjoy my time here. Before sending me off, she shows me previous materials that she created and provides me with supportive documents to help bring my ideas together. I also learned that Katherine graduated from City Tech, two years ago. Her remarks made me excited as I look forward to working in my field in the future.
