In this research poster, I implemented reflective exercises in the workshop so students could develop their soft skills as well as their technical skills.

In this research poster, I discussed how a Peer Leader may be able to guide students to better understand instructions.

I presented both posters at the Peer Led Team Learning International Society 2014 conference in California.
