Hi, my name is Amy Lai Pan and I am currently enrolled in my second year at City Tech.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve taken a variety of art courses, including Fine Art, Studio Art, Painting, and AP Art. Surrounded by a community of creative minds, I was inspired to follow my own passions and develop as an artist. New York is incredibly supportive of the arts. In a state full of diversity, New York is the central hub for the arts in all types of medium. I knew now was as good as any time to begin my career while surrounded by a enriching culture. With the knowledge of the previous art courses I took, I set out to pursue a degree within my general interests; Communications Design.

As of right now, I am interested in becoming a storyboard and concept artist for Blizzard Entertainment. I was influenced at an early age by the fantastical worlds these artists created. From pen and paper to digital reality, I was fascinated by the intricacy and effort Blizzard had put in their work. To this day, they continue to inspire me with the passion they pour in their games, art and stories.
