I don’t think my lifestyle habits are healthy. For example one of my worst habits is that I love to add extra sugar on sweet things, it doesn’t matter what it is. For me that is good at the moment but too much sugar it’s not good for the body.

I have a sweet tooth as well, Jordy! It’s actually related to science. We are more likely to favor sweet things than things that are sour.
Did you consider your lifestyle habits healthy why or why not
I don’t consider my lifestyle habits healthy because I sleep very late and I don’t exercise. I sleep very late is at sometime I need to makeup the homework that is do on yesterday and review the class work and try to understand them. Other reason is that I also wake up very late this means that I do not get enough time to eat breakfast. Reason that is don’t exercise is that i am lazy.
Are my lifestyle habits healthy? Not at all, I wake up early for class which takes 40 minutes to get to, once class finishes I have to grab a quick snack on my way to work, I get out of work at 10pm and once I get home it’s 11pm. I usually eat late nights and go to sleep by 1am to catch up on my assignments and wake up the next morning to repeat.
Wow, Yadira, you have a very hectic schedule. It’s hard to have healthy habits.
