Most of the terms on the list I’m familiar with and yet I found it challenging to photograph a good composition where the photo uses color to define a clear focal point. This basically means that it uses contrasting colors to set the point of interest apart from it’s surroundings so that the viewer can focus on one specific thing rather than just glance at a photo. To achieve such an effect, I shot a single bright red rose against green leaves and blurred out the chain in the foreground.
