Shooting portraits in Brooklyn Bridge park was very fun, especially because of the members of my group. They were very fun to work with because they don’t like ordinary poses so they came out with fun ideas. The weather was great, very sunny and the surrounding was beautiful too, the water, the big rocks, the bridge, the city in the background, etc. I’ve never worked with reflectors before, so it was my first time using them. I really liked the gold reflector, I felt like it gave a beautiful bright, golden light to the face, compared to the silver one which I felt like it was to bright and made the face way too bright and pale. It was very hard for me to keep my eyes open when my classmates were reflecting the light onto my eyes. In this photo I used the gold reflector and I liked the beautiful tone it gave to my classmate’s skin.
