Colgate Smiles.
Our class volunteered at the 2019 Greater New York Smiles Program at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. I participated in the nutrition educational project with some of my classmates and nursing students from Columbia University. We had to create educational posters, chants and present the nutritional information to the groups of children that attended the Greater New York Dental Meeting Colgate Smiles Event. That year about 500 children attended the event.
