Tasted this at work the other day and thought I’d share. It’s a Rose from South Africa and the grape varieties are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It had a very pretty pale pink/peach color, smelled liked berries, and tasted like peaches. I enjoyed it!

Thank you so much for sharing your tasting notes with the class. The wine you shared with us is pretty rare, I have never tasted a sparkling wine form SA (I have had very old reds, table wines of unique grapes and sweet wines known as “stickies” but never a sparkling wine). Could you provide the information of the producer and the region. I will try to secure some for the class if I can.
The producer is Graham Beck and the region is Franschoek.
