Hi, my name is Yuhong Li. I graduate from High School for Dual Language and Asian Studies. Why I attend City Tech is because I follow my friend’s choice. For the first year of my college, I enrolled in the same major as my friend which is hospitality management. At the beginning I feel boring of this major and this didn’t hold my interest. Then I change major to advertising design. Every time I saw so many interesting posters in the subway, they hold my eyes and forces. A poster is to send a message to the audience in order to promote one’s service and product. I would like to learn in this major. For example, when I take the typography class, I learn the art and technique of arranging type and to make written language legible and appealing when display.
