Sketchbook Week 1& Meet The Artist
meaningful objects for me week #1 Carmen Diaz
Sketchbook Week #1
I tried to be as detailed as possible with the sketches. Some of the objects drawn represent me… stuff I cannot live with out. I have sort of a cartoon way of drawing when I draw. I can’t help it. Enjoy.
Sketchbook week 1
Meet the Artist
#MeetTheArtist
These are my sketches for Meet The Artist Week along with 3 meaningful objects to me. It was a bit difficult to scan the images from my sketchbook in the printer, but it doesn’t hide that I am no pro at drawing. I am starting out, but I did try my best. I did the best I could when drawing out the objects on how I observed it.
Very Boring Things
Featured
This week’s sketchbook theme is… Very Boring Things!
Consider the BORING everyday things you use in your life. Brushes, Dental Floss, Toilet paper, Can Openers, Hair Gel, Spoons… All of the THINGS that you handle and use without thinking about them.
Pick at least 8 objects. In your 4 sketchbook pages this week, draw them FIRST FROM MEMORY, then after the first drawing is completed, draw them from OBSERVATION.
