Excited to be back in in-person pastry class in City Tech Fall’21!
On the first week in confectionary class, we have made rolled fondant and gum paste flowers. I practiced in marble patterned fondant, love the color combination! Also attempted to make roses and cherry blossom.IMG_9602 IMG_9602
Hello Tiffany. I love your first post and your description of your first day in class. The way you explained what you worked on for the day was very clear and your flowers look beautiful. I believe that if you continue making posts like this with pictures you will have a very nice and organized portfolio. I would definitely recommend you writing a little bio about yourself and what you hope to gain from this class. I would also say to make different sections so the it will be easy for people to navigate on your page. Please keep sharing. Thank you.
