Started my first job in the field at Bibble & Sip which is located at 253 W51 st Manhattan, NY!
As a pastry cook, I participate in all pastries production. I enjoyed the progress of making everything from scratch. From our well-known cream puffs to croissants, bread, cookies and cake. Within all, preparing, glazing and decorating entremets is my main tasks.
