Why would curtain wall install start on one side, instead of wrapping around each floor at a time?
Are special permits required when lifting concrete like this ? Or special safety training ?
Why would the building be fully lit at night ? This photo was taken at approximately 7:30 pm. Isn’t this a waste of energy to leave all lights on when no one is there? Is this for safety?
