The proposal is to cut off a piece of the large lot (lot 6) and add it to the smaller lot (lot 1). Since lot 6 is built over the maximum allowable, nothing could ever be built on the piece that we want to add to lot 1. It is a waste of land and will stay like that forever. It has a negative effect on the community today and for future generations. If the zoning change is granted, the new building will better the community. The new structure will be a community health club. This community facility will impact the neighborhood in a positive way. Residents, students, and workers of the area will benefit. If the zoning change is not granted, the land will never be developed.
