My name is Tanjia Chowdhury. I’m currently a junior at New York City College of technology. My major is Technology Education and I am expecting to graduate in Spring 2013. My goal is to become a technology educator. I became interested of becoming a teacher when I started taking computer repair systems in Herbert. H Lehman High School. I wanted to teach but my biggest fear was if I could live up to the challenges. Teachers face many challenges in their daily lives. While earning my Bachelor’s Degree at New York City College of Technology, I am also learning about student teaching skills as well as problem solving skills. Whenever I sit in a class, I always observe my Professor’s teaching methods and how they approach to their students. We all have teachers that have a big impact in our life and I wish to make a difference in some one’s life as well.
