To achieve the goal stated in my personal mission statement, I will take online classes to improve my skills in illustration, and I will also continue to construct garments to fine tune my sewing skills. In the pursuit of general creative endeavors, I will try any medium that piques my interest and attempt to learn from those who have more experience in those areas.
To achieve the goal stated in my professional, I will take on more managerial roles in my career; Also, I will become more involved in my community board to become acclimatized to working with people of different values than myself. I will also take courses on conflict management and read literature on how to be a more effective leader.
