Substance abuse is an issue amongst any age group, and more so on High School students because their body is not yet fully developed. The use of chemical substance at an early age according to Jaime N. Stephens (n.d.) “early abuse proves to weigh heavy on their future physical, social, and emotional development” (para. 3).
