Proposal- Since my time here at New York City College of Technology, I have been very interested in the field of stage management. I have always had a sense of what it would feel like to stage manage a show. So, for my culmination project, I will stage manage the Literary Arts Festival directed by Robert Ostrom and Jennifer Sears. This will also be my first time stage managing a show.

Stage managing the Literary Arts Festival will give me the experience I need so that next time I am more aware of what is needed to be accomplished and fewer mistakes are made. I also get to develop my skills as a stage manager here at New York City College of Technology. I intend to continue on this path of stage management even after graduating.
