From my project management class, I learned about the fundamental steps of starting and closing a project. For my final project I worked with my classmates and we came up with a zombie protection for a house in the suburbs. The project contains the steps required in a project management setting including the project charter, the request for proposal, scheduling, work breakdown, network diagram, and other steps.
