How to create an Instragram Account
You should see this page:
Click signup if you do not have an instagram account for your community organization. Once you press sign up you will be take to the signup page that will prompt you for a email/ phone number, name, password, and username, as seen below:
Use your company’s email, name, and a catchy username. The password should be long and hard to guess to prevent unauthorized access to your organization’s instagram page. Make sure to use numbers, lowercase and UPPERCASE letters, as well as special characters. Make the password at least 16 characters long and save it in a secure place.
Once satisfied, press signup this will take you to another page that will ask you for your birthday.
Enter a date that will make you at least 18 years of age. Once done click Next, you will be taken to a page asking you to confirm your email.
Navigate to your company email and open an email from instagram. The email will contain a confirmation code to verify the email account connected to your instagram account is real. The email should look like the image below:
Return to the instagram page and enter the confirmation code. As shown below:
Your instagram account has been created. You can navigate to your instagram page to verify all the information is correct or add more information to your account.
