Preparedness Tests
Student preparedness tests are useful for assessing student experience with online learning, technical skills, access to the necessary technologies and/or tools, and overall readiness for the course. They also help establish class expectations and inform the students technical and time-management requirements when taking online courses. Two sets of tests designed specifically for City Tech students are currently available. The first is aimed towards faculty; the second is designed as a tool for student self-evaluation:
- Student Survey developed by Maura Smale and Mariana Regalado and posted on the MAT 1101Co model class website (designed by ) that also provides the tools for administering the test.

- Student Self-Evaluation Test is based on the Blackboard learning platform. The faculty will not receive the results, but students can be encouraged to submit screenshots of their self-evaluation results.
