The change should be known to everyone because it is all around us, quietly and all the time-shifting all around us. There are too many examples of change to mention. People’s character changes; the season change; the weather changes, sometimes cloudy, sometimes rainy; people’s looks change as they grow older; you may fall from the sky to the ground; the body also changes, you play basketball in the morning and you are sick in bed at night; reputation will change, now you are like the sun, but a hundred or thousand years later you may be an object of scorn. Change is the pace of the march of time; change is also an accomplishment because the original has been transformed into the present. When I opened my eyes and said goodbye to the sun, I had slipped away for another day. 

In the past, I used to live in tiny bungalows with just one floor, but the buildings are growing from 10 to 30, even now skyscrapers. Under the Qing dynasty of China, which was 150 years back, the mode of travel was a horse-drawn carriage, and now most people have cars……

Our nation has undergone a dramatic transition from the establishment of the Chinese Republic to the present, from hardship and backwardness to wealth and power step by step. Whenever I wasted food at mealtime, my grandma always nagged about how much they treasured their meals back to her childhood which taught me a lesson —— Tens of thousands of people are murdering each other for food. As a consequence, citizens betray the government, compatriots, and even join the enemy. Such a dark generation had greatly impressed my grandma’s youth. On the other hand, I live in peace, high-tech, enough food, and a shining sun. In this period, most households have established a well-off standard of living. Food is no longer scarce with the growth of agricultural technologies. I am lucky to live in this period. 

Since times have changed, life has changed so much to accommodate them. I assume there will be even more improvements in the next hundred years. Life is changing.
