During 2nd semester, I had an opportunity to do a research with two other classmates on Sjogren’s syndrome. Through this research, I learned a lot about Sjogren’s syndrome. I was responsible to present and research what Sjogren’s syndrome is, what kind of symptoms are related to Sjogren’s syndrome and how it is related to xerostomia. Symptoms such as dry eyes and dry mouth can make it difficult for patients to maintain their oral health.
