I worked on two projects that was in groups of three and two which I found really great because even if we were working remotely we always was communications each other, I was not sure if one member of my team was from our school but the other member was from school, it makes me feel more comfortable working with a partner that I already meet in class so I can react at her for some help or questions.
The first member was the leader so I was following his instructions because he was the one that was communicating with the supervisor. I learn a lot from this team because we work as a team and any difficulty or doubts, the least was there for clarification.
With this team we create a newsletter for only one month, we received all the articles and information that we need to start working as well as the mood boards and specifications about the logos and typefaces.
The leader divided the articles two for each one and only one for the last member of the team because since the leader knows that the other member was already working on a separate project, which I considered fair because we needed to meet the deadline.
I really like to work in teams because we learn from each other and I was not feeling so much pressure on this projects because we were working together as a team.
My second project was in pairs, it was a research projects about the monthly holidays and events national & international and internal dates for the organization. My partner was a classmate so it was really helpful because she already has done a similar research project for the past month. It was a great experience because having teams we can learn and help each other in any challenge we face on.
