In 3rd semester I was able to make a PowerPoint about my 1st case presentation. My patient was 34 years old, ASA II with high blood present, taking Losartan 5mg one per day. His chief complaint was generalized staining especially lower anterior teeth. I asked him whether he smoked and he responded no for smoking. I also asked him whether he drank a lot of tea or coffee. He mentioned that he drinks a lot of coffee.

His diagnosis:
His periodontal status is Generalized type III and generalized moderate bone.

Treatment plan: Full mouth debridement with ultrasonic and hand instruments. Engine polish and argentine placement. It took three visits to complete his treatment.

The patient was very cooperative and flexible during the whole treatment. He was also very interested to know about proper home care instruction.
