Every Thursday in class, you will complete a HOT topic assessment. One of the best ways to prepare for this assessment is to:
- decide which HOT topic standard you will try to complete,
- practice completing as many problems as you can.
In addition to completing the WeBWorK set(s) that align with your HOT topic standard, here are two more ways to practice problems:
- Practice completing the relevant problems on the final exam review sheet
- In WeBWorK, you’ll see a set called HOT Topics Practice. This set is set up like a “test” in WeBWorK but it’s not a test; it is just there for practice. It will not count toward your grade. You will be able to generate a whole new set of questions once per day.
