Hello class my name is Erick Hidalgo and I’m 19 years old. My pronouns are he/him/his. My major is Computer Engineering Technology. I chose this major because I’ve been playing video games for a long time, and it just made me love technology. This major will let me see what goes on behind the scenes of making consoles, PCs, phones and other technology we use. After I graduate from city tech, I would love to hopefully get a job at a tech company that requires building hardware. Also, I hope by the time that I graduate that I’m better at programming so i can also look for jobs in that area, like a software engineer for example. Besides playing video games I like to play baseball and just go out with friends/family when I have the chance. Something I’m good at is playing video games lol. Something I’m proud of is that I haven’t given up on college yet especially during these times, college can be stressful. At the moment I don’t have a favorite book. My favorite animal is TBD because I love a lot of animals. The next math class with this major is MAT 2680. That is all about me, I wish all of us a great semester.
