Every Thursday in class, you will complete a HOT topic assessment. One of the best ways to prepare for this assessment is to:

  1. decide which HOT topic standard you will try to complete,
  2. practice completing as many problems as you can.

In addition to completing the WeBWorK set(s) that align with your HOT topic standard, here are two more ways to practice problems:

  1. Practice completing the relevant problems on the final exam review sheet
  2. In WeBWorK, you’ll see a set called HOT Topics Practice. This set is set up like a “test” in WeBWorK but it’s not a test; it is just there for practice. It will not count toward your grade. You will be able to generate a whole new set of questions once per day.
