1. GIF VS. JPEG
Jpeg was more of a high quality image which made less pixels visible while the gif actually made the pixels more visible without zooming too much.
2. PPI
Not much of a difference since its a higher resolution being lowered to a lower resolution however if it was a lower resolution to a higher resolution there would be a difference.
3. PRESETS
Most of the difference is between Jpeg and Gif is that Jpegs handled the flowers colors much more better then the Gifs the gifs made the pixels more visible to the eye without zooming.The difference between the gifs is that non dither makes the pixels more visible. Between the jpegs the high showed less pixels then the other.
4. RESIZING
The difference between the constrained and non constrained image is that the image when constrained keeps the image a constant, while when its not constrained it tends to skew the image into a wierd form.
