Journal Assignment 3 by Kwasi Cooper
It has been a great month of creative writing. Prof. Jenner is doing a great job with assisting us/me with the necessary materials and information to become better writers.
I enjoy writing short stories/memoirs and poetry. I’m always excited to present a memoir. I find myself reminiscing on the moment, and try my best to have the reader feel and clearly understand my piece.
My cohorts has also done a great job of critiquing my work, which gives me the opportunity to sharpen my writing skills. They encouraged me to continue my writing by letting me know they have enjoyed my work this far.
I’m still in the process of learning how to keep my grammar in the correct context, and how to get my ideas out without being too repetitive. I’m sure with continued help from my professor I will be able to correct these solecisms, and be a better writer in the future.
