Site
Use this site to create and use H5P content. This is our approach to making H5P activities available to embed on OpenLab sites to support teaching and learning with open, reusable materials.
H5P content types are vetted for accessibility by site administrators.
This project is supported by state funding for OER at CUNY and coordinated at the campus level by the Library Department.

H5P
H5P is a tool for making interactive content using HTML5, a programming language.
H5P is an open source project that consists of community generated content along with content and infrastructure maintained by a core team employed by the H5P Group.
Like many ed tech projects that utilize open source technologies, the for profit component of the project sells a premium version of the tool for users who are not in a position to self host. Luckily, we can use it for free with the OpenLab.
