Personal Short-Term Goals:

If we are being honest vacations are a must, they are the reward you give yourself after overcoming a stressful experience that can either be affiliated with school, work, personal life, etc. Olivia does not recall the last time she took a trip just to explore or for a vacation. Olivia has always wanted to visit the west coast but never got the chance to due to personal reasons, although summer 2020 might not happen it gives her enough time to plan out this big trip for summer 2021. As she continues to get more involved in the plant based world she would like to know more about the products she is consuming and plans to enroll in a culinary program to further build her knowledge.

Professional Short-Term Goals:

In the fashion industry networking can be rough because you need to be strategic with the way you approach others. Although Olivia has a very outgoing personality she still gets shy when it comes to starting up a conversation with professionals in the industry. Her goal is to get over that shyness and fear by attending more networking events and reach out to her peers that she has created professional relationships where she can receive guidance from them.

Personal Long-Term Goals:

Being a thick woman, gaining weight comes easy for Olivia. Sometimes it feels like just breathing makes her gain weight or drinking water but it’s because of what she feeds her body. The discomfort her body feels is because all the nutrients are not being consumed, instead its junk food that causes her weight gain. Olivia wants to continue feeding her body plant based meals and reach her ideal weight goal as well as ideal body shape.

What is the idea body shape?

Everyone uniquely made meaning everyone has their own body shape, for Olivia is the hourglass shape. Once she reaches her goal of rebuilding her body into its ideal shape, Olivia will gain more confidence but most importantly she will love it even more.

Professional Long-Term Goals: 

When 2020 started Olivia decided to challenge herself by starting a plant based diet. She fell in love with eating natural/fresh ingredients everyday, enjoy spending more time in the kitchen creating delicious home cooked meals for her and the family, but most importantly her body is loving it. Because she enjoys the plant based life she would like to start her own blog called Plant Based and Latina! where she will share her personal experience and help others join the plant based lifestyle. With Plant Based and Latina! Olivia wants to help as many people who have weight problems and feel lost or like they will never be able to achieve their health and appearance goals. She would also like to partner up with other individuals and organizations to create meal plans for people and guide them through their process until they feel like they can do it on their own.
