The baccalaureate program has helped me to communicate and collaborate more proficiently with other members of the medical health team, patients and their families. My clinical decisions are based on evidence base practices.  I lacked critical thinking skills when I first started as an associated degree RN.  But after returning for my baccalaureate degree I have developed that knowledge needed for the position.  Today, I am more efficient, confident and more capable in providing nursing care.
