Step 1: clarify your self knowledge, values, interest, skill

step 2: consider your personal factors: employment preference, full time, part time, travel limitations, hours of work, physical demands, family situation.

Step3: what do you wanna do?

step 4: Refine your job search tool: resume, cover letter, update social media.

step 5: search the company and the employers
