Yliza’s Profile
I am Yliza Liezel Olivar and I am a Registered Nurse. I have been a student at NYC College of Technology, aka “City Tech,” since 2010 as soon as I graduated from High School. I received my associate’s degree in Nursing at this school last 2014 and I am currently enrolled in the baccalaureate program for nursing. I am currently working at Park Terrace Care Center in Queens as a staff nurse and I plan on going forward with my career as soon as I graduate with my BSN.

This course provides an introduction to statistical methods and statistical inference. Topics include descriptive statistics, random variables, distributions, sampling, estimation and inference, t-tests, chi-square tests and correlation.

Don’t Let Students Get Caught in the Bully’s Web
We, the members of this project, are united in our goal to give the school system more power to intervene in case of cyber-bullying to prevent the horrible tragedies that have occurred as a result of cyber bullying. We hope to raise awareness to the general public as well as to academic professionals about the horrors that we have heard of and bring a change to students’ lives
