I am a devoted researcher, specializing in the development of advanced AI algorithms, particularly in the fields of ensemble learning and explainable AI. My focus lies in the analysis of intricate multimodal clinical data, encompassing radiology, pathology, and other crucial datasets. As an Assistant Professor at New York City College of Technology (City Tech), I took the initiative to establish the BioMind AI Lab https://sites.google.com/view/biomind-ai-lab, providing a collaborative platform for senior undergraduate and graduate students to actively participate in biomedical AI projects. This endeavor offers students invaluable hands-on experience, enabling them to contribute to joint research efforts that expand the boundaries of medical data analysis. Additionally, I have the privilege of serving as the Deputy Editor for the Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (JMRI), where I leverage my expertise to assist in evaluating and selecting impactful AI manuscripts for publication.
