Bio

I have taught English composition and ESL courses at CUNY since 2011, and I am also the ESL Lab Coordinator at BMCC,. In addition to overseeing a language lab for multilingual students, I supervise a staff of writing tutors who support multilingual students at BMCC/CUNY. I’m also a doctoral candidate in the English program at the CUNY Graduate Center, where my research focuses on composition and rhetoric, theories of authorship, multilingual writers, translingual writing practices, the history of education, writing process theories, and the relationships between technology, pedagogy and writing.
