I have taught, usually as a three-quarter (3/40 time adjunct with the City Tech English Department since nineteen hundred-ninety nine (19990. I have an M.A. in English from. Temple University, with a 9 credit sequence in The Teaching of Writing, reecognized with a letter as certificate. and have completed, unofficially, all the additional credits for the Ph. D., short of pre-dissertation research. I have taught as an adjunct, except for two years full-time at The Pennsylvania State University (1986-1988) and two years as a full-0time Instructor of English in the Division of New Americans, Touro College (1992-1994). I have also taught Advanced Intensive Writing ESL at Borough of Manhattan College. I have also adjunct at other colleges in the CUNY system, including Hunter. I have lived a literary life as a publishing poet, the host of a reading series, mostly of poetry and James Joyce
scholar and a member of Joyce Reading Groups, three of which I’ve led line by line, one completely through Ulysses over six years.My Selected Poems, A Prayer For The Violent Offenders (Nirala2017) was published last
year.
