Hey name is ganessha zubieta. My major is hospitality management. I don’t have academic experience because I just start this major but my academic goals is to give everything that I have to my major to be number one in my class and a lot so I can used when I start working in the area of hotel manager or chef. I don’t have either career experience but my career goals is to become a chef and hotel manage and work in those big hotel and famous so I can show what I learn in the college and so good I am. Also, to help people in whatever they need. My personal strength is to help people, to be friendly, work very hard and give everything that I have my personal things and get control over my self so cannot do any mistake into my life. My personal interested that enhance to my professional attribute is that I love to cook and to experience a lot of thing that I don’t in the kitchen. I love that people like my food and that show me that I get higher in the industry of culinary arts.

âThe Art of Foodâ is a Learning Community students in Prof Garcelon’s Culinary I (Weds AM section), Prof Jacus’s Baking & Pastry I (Weds AM section), and Prof Cheng’s History of Photography (Mon section) classes. This learning community explores the âartâ in the culinary arts. Can we look at food in aesthetic terms of art, beauty, and taste? Can we appreciate food like a work of art? This course will examine urban tourism as a vehicle of urban renewal and economic regeneration. The roles of government, business, and the community will be explored as well as issues of development, management, the environment and social equity. New York City and Brooklyn will be evaluated as models for the development, challenges and opportunities of urban tourism.
