Hiiiiii my name is Chloe but you can call me Clo for short. Growing up Culinary Arts was always a major part of my life. The willingness to work hard and learn, running your own restaurant or even being on television always caught my attention. One reason why I want to study Hospitality Management is that it offers excellent career opportunities and learning skills like leadership, creativity, and management that could help me better myself to be successful in the industry. My Courses
An overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the department’s mission and culture.
