Anthony’s Profile
Management
As a student, with not any academic experience in relation to Hospitality Management, my goal is to obtain, secure, and share any knowledge that i attain over my academic years. Treading on unfamiliar territory, my purpose is to learn all that I can from others in the industry, as well as explore any and all possibilities of advancement, which will not only bolster my career goals but foster a solidification of trust within the foundation of those that I encounter. Bringing forth my personal strengths of being articulate, adaptable, and driven will facilitate a bridge of communication that will pave an avenue of leadership, authenticity, and independent thinking.
My Courses
Students are guided through an overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the department’s mission and culture.
