Bernie Sanders is a current candidate in the running to be the next Democratic President of the United States. He has shown his continuous support and remains empathetic and sympathetic to the cause and issue. Unlike many who turn blind to the injustices, he sees the innocent men and women being beaten, taken advantage of, and ending up dead in their jail cell 3 days later like Sandra Bland.
