During this task I tried to built something that will be useful for me and for the shop. The 45 degrees cut is necessary for door frames, joinery, mouldings, etc. For that reason i built a jig that we can used the radio arm saw stationary in a 90 degrees angle instead of using a miter saw. We know the radio arm saw can do 45 degrees cuts but is not precise and in the shop is stationary we do not use that feature of the machine.
This was the first sample. i concluded that i needed to do it smaller and that just one side will do the same work like the 45 angle ruler.
This is the final product place in the radio arm saw fence and attached with a c-clamp
