Load in and strike, The scenery will be built in the Vassar College Scene Shop, then transported to the Powerhouse Theatre, about a 900 feet away across the campus.

As a team, you must make a plan for the construction and installation of the scenery for the show.
You do not need to plan the painting procedures, but you should account for the cost of paint in your materials estimate.
Prepare any documents you think you would need for the implementation of this plan.

Budget estimate (materials and labor) on April 11th for approval to purchase materials and hire build crew.

We decide to used two types of lumber to built the flats: 1×3 and 2×4.
The 1×3 some of them double skin and no doors or windows as part of those flats.
The 2×4 are the ones having doors and windows.
To cut budget we design to build the doors and windows with 1×3.
The obsctacles assigned are the day by day in productions, there are always accidents, low budgeting and we have to overcome to make it happen.
