Time, Communication, budget, safety and team work are the issues that needed it to be attacked.
In Problem #1 was definitely communication. How to deliver a clear message to your crew and the project could be done wit ha clear message that we send. understanding how importants are to have all the information neeed in a drawing as: dimmension, direction and instructions.
Problem #2 was Timing. How to distribute the time during two productions. in most of the venues in New York City, there are always multiples events happening in the weekend and this problem was the best to demontraste the fast solving we have to be and how to consider to contract extra hands in case for a load in or change.
Problem 3 it was all about communication, testing and safety. we have to consider to test out a few times to consider any material or methods to do for a final product.
Problem 4 was the combination of all.
