I attached a critique of a research paper on the analysis of maternal mortality, which was my topic of choice for my Nursing Research class during Fall 2019 semester. I chose to share this paper because it was one of my first research papers where I used analysis techniques to study the format of a formal research paper and the findings.

Paper 2.1

I selected another Leadership class assignment for sharing because this one was very unique. Our assignment for each clinical session is to write a small journal to record what we learned and did for that day. Prior to going, we had to write down our planned goals. After the day, we review what we did and evaluate the goals we previously set up. I think my experience at the Leadership clinical was very unique because the manager taught me a lot about how he ran the unit. Actually, it was more because he let me follow a lot of surgical cases during my 5 weeks there 🙂

Clinical Journal

This paper was submitted as a substitution for clinical hours for Leadership class. I shared this assignment in particular because it was a very good refresher for my knowledge in delegations and prioritizations.
