I selected another Leadership class assignment for sharing because this one was very unique. Our assignment for each clinical session is to write a small journal to record what we learned and did for that day. Prior to going, we had to write down our planned goals. After the day, we review what we did and evaluate the goals we previously set up. I think my experience at the Leadership clinical was very unique because the manager taught me a lot about how he ran the unit. Actually, it was more because he let me follow a lot of surgical cases during my 5 weeks there 🙂
