Practice Reflection- Diana Perez

I agree with the information the author presents because kids do need to be curious in order to succeed in their education. Especially those who come from low income houses since poorer kids don’t have the same opportunities than kids who have easy access to things that satisfy their curiosity. In general kids need to be curious and ask questions in order to achieve better results within their education. When teachers turn down students, students are left with unanswered questions and as time goes on it just  makes student want to stop asking questions. If teachers were to stop shutting kids down when they ask questions I believe kids can expand their thinking in which it will make them smarter.

  1. I think you did a good job explaining the importance of curiosity. you should give new ideas on why it’s important, or you can connect it to your experience. For example, if you asked a question and you didn’t get an answer would you keep asking?
