my soccer coach would always be my encouraging me to do the best and be the best on the team because he always saw how i would struggle when i was 7 years old. i would struggle on staying focus and giving up but he taught me many things to keep myself together. my couch would always speak to me about when i was doing something wrong and he would correct me. my couch also taught me to be discipline and thatâs one thing i always appreciate about him because being discipline it helps on everything you do. my coach always kept my head up and give me positive advice. he really help me get out of my shyness side.
My teacher in second grade always made me feel negative on my work and would yell at me for not doing the work right as she want too and this really affect me because i was scared of doing the work wrong because of how she would be with me if i gave her a bad work. my teacher would be negative and would give bad advice to all the students and would treat everyone like if they canât do anything. she would always give me negative motivation to not do her work and she wouldnât teach us good. this really made me not do my work wrong in 3rd grade bc it affect and i would get scared if i would do something wrong. many students change class because she would treat everyone bad. but as a child i didnât really   get had motivation of no one so it was really hard for me.
Hi Edwin, It does get hard when people are being negative towards us thinking it makes us “tough” when really it ruins our self esteem. Getting motivation is hard when you are in a environment that should make you feel you and not less than yourself or “dumb”.
