Homework #1: Do we need Selfie-Free Zones?- Lauren Woods

I don’t think we need selfie- free zones. Why would people want to deliberately put themselves in danger just for the sake of taking a picture? It doesn’t make any sense. Making these selfie free zones can potentially rob people of taking normal, safe pictures with their family and friends. What people need in my opinion is common sense. However if these deaths continue to happen, signs should be posted to possibly deter the potential adrenaline selfie junkie. The sign could warn them to not try to take pictures at potentially dangerous spots, and if they do, they would be taking the picture at their own risk.

Welcome!

While in my current Physical Assessment class, I know that the skills I have learned, and well continue to learn throughout the semester will help me in my future career. From learning how to properly assess the abdomen, to identifying what is normal and abnormal in the human body, can make all the difference when dealing with a patient, and possibly saving someone’s life.
